Process Engineer

As ADASKY’s process engineer, you will get the opportunity to work on advanced and multidisciplinary technological processes such as laser welding, wire bonding, COB, SMT, plating, Optics, processes, and more.

You will take responsibility for transferring the product from R&D to production, including the responsibility of V&V, environmental, Reliability, and others. Also, define tests and testers.

In addition, you will analyze production data for the purpose of improving our production processes.


Responsibilities and Duties

Review and approve design parts for mass production and Automation. i.e., casting instead of machining.

Define together with R&D materials such as adhesives, alloys, plating, and others.

Yield monitoring & improvement.

Define process control of products: validation, pass-fail criteria, testing requirements (electro-optical measurements), and ECO implementation.

Qualifications and Skills

B.Sc. Materials/Chemistry engineering from a known university.

0-2 years of experience in an industrial- A must.

Excellent analytical skills – A must.

Previous experience with microelectronic processes – An advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Collaborative working style; and able to self-manage time effectively.


This is a full-time position.

Production Quality Engineer (PQE)

As the Production Quality Engineer, your role will be to ensure that production procedures and process definitions are adhered to by facilitating, validating, and maintaining required processes and activities. You will also perform quality measurements, facilitate risk management activities, and support process quality activities such as improvement, audits, inspections, and implementation of corrective and preventative actions.



Facilitate, validate, and maintain the required processes, derived work products, and activities in order to ensure adherence with the production procedures and process definitions.

Perform quality measurements such as SPC, Cpk, and other statistical performance trends.

Facilitate and maintain risk management activities such as PFMEA and FTA.

Support and facilitate process quality activities such as process improvement, audits, inspections, and implementation of corrective and preventative activities



BSc. in Industrial Engineering or similar disciplines – an advantage

Has experience in production lines, preferably in the automotive industry or aerospace industry or integrated circuits manufacturing.

Has a strong background in quality assurance or similar disciplines.

Has experience with ISO9001, AS9100, IATF16949 or similar standards.

Has knowledge and experience in process measurements and statistics.

Experience in process improvement activities.

Good system understanding, able to analyze technological requirements.

High proficiency in English – (work environment is in English).

Experience with ERP systems such as Priority, SAP
